Gantt Chart

The gantt chart can be created following the network diagram. The task in red are our identified critical paths/activities for us to be completed. The task in blue are the floating activities. Generally it is quite easy to craft a gantt chart after following the network diagram.

The gantt chart was one of the tool we depend on heavily, having members like me and Jerilyn who are good at time management made sure that the gantt chart was done well in the beginning so that we will not take time for granted.

Throughout the project we followed the gantt chart closely and that is why we were able to complete everything on time. The gantt chart is something that I highly recommend to everyone as it plays a huge role as the 'timetable' for the project.
